I’m Ashley Ferguson-Vise, a registered nurse and the founder of Serenity Springs Health & Wellness. After years in emergency medicine, I came to understand that our healthcare system often treats symptoms attached to billing codes and bar codes - not people. 

I founded Serenity Springs to change that: a place where healing is personal, compassionate, and rooted in both medical science and deeper human wisdom.

At my clinic, I integrate modern medical knowledge with holistic practices such as neurostimulation for addiction and pain management, regenerative IV therapy, biologics, and aesthetic treatments designed to support both physical and emotional renewal. 

I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal when the right environment is created beginning with the right state of mind and in a space where each person feels truly seen, heard, safe, and supported. 

To me, healing isn’t a service; it’s a sacred partnership. I’m here to listen, to hold space, and to guide people back to balance in their own time and in their own way. This work isn’t just my profession; it’s my calling. And it’s an honor to walk beside every person who chooses to begin their healing journey with us.
